The Event will take place at the Hillcrest Centre in Newhaven and we hope this will be a great community event supported by you and many other local community groups and local charities.

Stalls / tables for community groups and supporters of Greenhaven’s are free of charge.

The format of the Event is simple – members of the public can bring along their harvested seeds to swap and also receive a free packet of seeds. Those without seeds to swap can purchase ours for a small donation.

We hope to have a range of other stalls providing and promoting community activities, craft stalls and children’s activities. The café will also be open for refreshments on the day.

If you are interested in having a stall please email [email protected] with the following information and you will be added to our attendee list and kept up to date with all the arrangements.

· If you need tables to be provided
