We are pleased to announce our first face to face members event in over 18 months!
All members are invited to a Brighton & Hove Green Spaces Forum members meeting taking place at the Friends Meeting House in Ship Street Brighton between 5pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday 16th November. The theme being ‘greening our city, what you can do’.
The evening will include a break for refreshments.
Guest speakers to include:
Michael Blencowe from Sussex Wildlife Trust – talking about their work supporting green space volunteer groups.
Paul Campbell – CityParks Park Projects & Strategy Manager – talking about CityParks strategy, initiatives and priorities. With particular emphasis on volunteer groups.
Mark Syrett – CityParks Projects Officer – talking about the Urban Tree Challenge and how he is working with volunteer groups to fund tree planting and maintenance.
Sarah Dobson – Living Coast – talking about the Changing Chalk partnership.
