Starting with a random thought about 6 months ago we are proud to sponsor the first of what we hope will be a new annual event to celebrate the greenspaces, big and small, that can be found in your neighbourhood. Right on your doorstep the growth in new growing areas has multiplied in the last 15 months and now they are mostly in full bloom and looking glorious.
The event this year is only covering eight community gardens in the centre of Brighton but we plan to increase numbers in the following years. The trail will take you from London Road Station to St Georges’ in Kemptown and includes established gardens and new starts.
Maps and leaflets can be picked up at each of the gardens and features a challenge for children to collect a sticker from each garden to win a prize.
