John Gapper will be opening his wild flower meadow to the public. The meadow is situated on the edge of Stanmer Organics. There will be directions to the meadow from the gates of the old nursery at Stanmer and there will also be volunteers at the old nursery gates to show people the way.

John and City Parks Ranger, Paul Gorringe will be talking about the importance of conserving our chalk grassland and promoting biodiversity by propagating native chalk downland wild flowers.

The Wildflower Conservation Society will be selling wild flowers and refreshments will be available at the Stanmer Organics site – Breathing Space which is adjacent to the meadow.
