The Ingram Crescent Estate consists of 401 flats within the Ingram Crescent areas on the North side of Portland Road. The gardening group is open to all residents of the Estate and immediate locale. Join the weekly gardening group (usually Sundays) where work is ongoing reclaiming the Rose Garden.
