RSC supports the gardens in Clarence, Regency and Russell squares through fund-raising and an active, City
Parks accredited volunteer gardening group. RSC was established in 1979 (formerly as the Regency Square
Area Society) and comprises over 200 residents and businesses, championing the local community and the
character of the area for over 40 years.
