The Level Communities Forum works closely with the city council to help provide community activities and events so that this restored park continues to offer a warm welcome to all. The Level has a full-time onsite Garden Manager, who also runs a weekly volunteer garden club. The park was restored thanks to a major grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund and the Big Lottery Fund in 2013.
